Shipping & Returns

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our workshop in Townsville.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
• Free standard shipping on orders between $200-400 AUD

International Shipping

We ship globally! International delivery times vary by destination, typically taking 7-14 business days. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We stand by the quality of our goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at hello@ironandoak.com with your order number.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange immediately.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement out to you as soon as possible at no extra cost.
